Patient group

We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

Eden Medical Group continually strives to enhance patient care to provide a high quality and responsive health care. We would like to know how we can improve NHS and Practice Policies and delivery of our services to you and foster improved communication between the practice and its patients.

To help us with this, we would like patients to join our virtual ‘Patient Participation Group’; so that you can give your feedback on operational matters relating to Eden Medical Group. We will ask the group members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via post or email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time. We will strive to make continuous improvements of our services to give the best possible patient service and care.

We aim to gather around 50 patients from a broad spectrum of patients which represents our Practice population to obtain a true representative sample of feedback. We need people of all age groups, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please complete the online form below.

We look forward to welcoming new patients to our group and thank our existing group members for their continued feedback and support.

Kindest Regards

Barrie Hyslop & Liane Atkinson (PPG Co-ordinators)
