Please be aware that under the new Total triage system patients will no longer be able to directly book GP/ANP appointments. All GP/ANP appointments will need to be Triaged via our clinical triage team.
If you struggle to submit an online triage form, our call handlers can assist you. However triage submissions are assessed by clinical priority so submissions by reception are treated exactly the same as those direct from patients
Please be kind to our reception and call handlers as they have no way of bypassing this.
This does not effect home visit requests for housebound patients or Nurse/HCA appointment bookings.
