Telephone system change

From Thursday 13th March we will begin a program of improvements within the practice. The first stage of this is an update of our Telephone IT system. The new system has streamlined options and the ability to use automatic call-back functionality whilst in the queue. We are aware access to the practice has been difficult recently but we are working in the background to improve this.
We are reviewing all systems within the practice and hope to have further improvements to announce in the near future
