The geographical area covered by the practice is as follows:
Carlisle side of M6 from Junction 44 to Junction 42. A line from Junction 42, through Brisco (included in area) to join B5229 (Dalston Road) at minor road junction just south of Cummersdale. Follow minor road to junction with A595 (Wigton Road). Take route of proposed Nothern Relief Road past Newby West (excluded from area), through Cornhill on B5307 (Thurston Road), then a line east of Kirkandrews-on-Eden, across the river and south of Cargo (excluded from area) to join M6 at Junction 44.
